Entry Level BDC Representative
Franklin Sussex Auto Mall is looking for both entry level and experienced BDC Representatives!
Location: Sussex, NJ
Compensation: Base + Commission + Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Candidates
About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our dealership’s internet sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong earning potential, ideal for someone eager to break into automotive sales or grow an existing skill set.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to internet inquiries, leads, and customer questions
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Provide a professional, friendly first impression of the dealership
- Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Automotive experience is a bonus—but not required
Sign-On Bonus:
Candidates with prior BDC, internet sales, or automotive dealership experience may qualify for a sign-on bonus based on experience level.
