Part-Time Evening Receptionist – Dover Dodge

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join our dealership team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Part-time evening hours
Monday–Friday and/or Saturdays (schedule to be discussed)

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors with a welcoming attitude
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist customers with general inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform light administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
Support dealership staff as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required

What We Offer:

$17 - $18 hourly
