Nielsen Ford of Morristown is looking for a Sales Representative to join the established Commercial Fleet Department. The Sales Representative will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products and/or services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. The pay rate is $800 per week plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell new and used vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Self motivated and looking to make money.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in customer service, communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Some computer knowledge needed
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
