Nielsen Ford of Sussex is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team! If you’re great on the phone, love helping customers, and want to build a career in the automotive industry, this is your opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
- Set and confirm sales and service appointments
- Follow up with customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Be the first point of contact that creates an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
