Dover Dodge is rapidly growing automotive retailers and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred. 

BDC Representative Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred
• Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
• Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bi-lingual

BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Self-starter, motivated and success driven
• Confident, positive and high energy presence
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals

Salary: $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 /month

• High school or equivalent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
