We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy and customer-focused automotive service department. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong automotive knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred. Must have previous Advisor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work.
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and estimated completion times.
- Upsell maintenance services and additional repairs where appropriate.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
