Nielsen Chevrolet Level B/C Bodyshop Technician

This position is responsible for performing vehicle repair as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Location: Dover, New Jersey
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, No Saturdays.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $19-$24/ hour, flat rate, commensurate with experience paid weekly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicates with Manager to obtain the needed parts.
- Examines the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Advises Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed.
- Documents all work performed as the job is completed.
- Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous wastes.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Ensures that customer cars are kept clean.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-5 years automotive and body shop experience.
- Level B or Level C Technician
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Compensation based upon experience
